Rhema FM Tamworth AGM on Tuesday 12 December 2023 at 6 pm to be held Liberty 582 Goonoo Goonoo Road Tamworth. Point of Discussion will be a possible partnership with Christian Media Hub re governance and management of our local Christian radio station. Contact James for more information and financials. We would love to have new on-air presenters for our station – 1 to 3 hours time slots, full training and support offered. Ring James on 0402 323 217.

December 1 and 2

Nativity Scenes Display   Friday Dec 1, 6-8pm and Saturday Dec 2, 9-3pm at Southside Uniting opposite the big guitar. A range of nativity scenes from around the world, made from a wide variety of materials.
Free activities for children. Entry is a gold coin donation – to Christmas Bowl Appeal. Devonshire teas will be available for purchase on Saturday.

December 16 to January 31

Driver Reviver is open all through the Christmas holidays, 9-6 from Saturday Dec 16 to Wednesday Jan 31 (except Dec.24-26). More helpers would be enthusiastically embraced. January 23-27

Jubilee Cafe is our Christian presence in Country Music Week. Open Tuesday to Saturday, January 23-27 in Hands of Fame Park from 10am to 10pm. Please consider how you can be involved in serving refreshments, chatting, music, traffic marshalling, hardware, prayer, donations, hosting. Think about hosting a concert or Gospel service in our own church Contact Paul Briscoe 0404 063 475.

Liberty Foodcare is a community food pantry operated by Liberty at 70 Robert Street Tamworth. Monday to Fridays 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. We also have a shop at 82 Queen Street Barraba open Thursdays 9 till 3 pm. We are like a skinny Aldi only CHEAPER , BETTER. Open to all, especially those doing it tough. Come and visit to see how we can stretch your food budget further. “A LEG UP not A HAND OUT”
